2. Quotes & Pricing
    All quotes are based on current market conditions and are subject to change. Final pricing may vary based on equipment, timing, and route adjustments.

3. Payment Terms
    Payments must be made according to agreed terms. ILP may use third-party processors (including Coinflow) to securely process payments.

4. Carrier Responsibility
    ILP works with vetted carriers; however, carriers are independent contractors responsible for the transportation of freight.

5. Liability
    ILP is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Claims must be filed according to carrier policies.

6. Cancellations
    Orders canceled after dispatch may be subject to cancellation fees.

​

7. Prohibited Use
    You agree not to misuse our services or provide false or misleading shipment information.

8. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
